- Simply stated, I am a sports nut who will watch any game that is available to me. A buddy once asked, "would you even watch Stony Brook vs. Binghamton if it had an effect on the conference race?" My answer..."I would watch a replay of Stony Brook and Binghamton even if both teams are on probation!" I love a well-executed offense, hitting the cutoff man, and believe in taking a strike. My pet peeves are failing to get a runner home from third with less than two outs, pitchers getting behind in the count, and, of course, when people fly the 'W' flag in violation of the rules...

As a Cubs fan, I would think that you would be used to this by now. I mean, at least the Cubs are competitive. The Royals are now 45-72, 16 1/2 back in the AL Central, and only 4 games up on the Nats for worst record in baseball. Now THAT stinks.
